    * Sweet potato, 2.5 cup, cubes (remove)
    * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 0.5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * Baby Carrots, raw, 6 medium (remove)
    * Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Chicken stock, home-prepared, 3 cup (remove)
    * Russet Potato (1 medium), 4 serving (remove)
    * All Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), 1.5 serving (remove)
    * Blue Bonnet Lite, 6 tbsp (remove)
    * *Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)


put potatoes, carrots, mixed veggies in water and stock. cook for about 40 mins. drain and reserve liquid. In same pan put butter and onion cook until soft. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. gradually add milk stirring constantly until thickened. gently stir in cooked veges. add 1 cup or more of reserved liquid until soup is desired consistency.
