Ingredients:
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tsp (remove)
Bottled Cranberry Juice Cocktail, 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Honey, 5 tbsp (remove) 1/3cup
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 8 serving (remove)
agave nectar, 5 tbsp (remove) 1/3 cup
*Almonds, Oven Roasted, Dark Chocolate-Blue Diamond (28grams/~24nuts), 4.5 oz (remove) 1cup
Apricots, dried, 170 grams (remove)1 bag
sweetened flake coconut, 6.3 serving (remove) 1/2 cup packed
Directions
mix honey, agave, and juice together in small bowl. in large mixing bowl mix rest of ingredients ommitting banana chips, add honey mixture and mix very well making sure to coat all of dry ingredients. i like to mush with fingers. heat oven to 250. spread a 1/3 to 1/2 of mixture on a cookie sheet (thin layer, need to be able to turn with spatula without making a mess) bake in oven for 15min stir well bake another 10-15 minutes. start next batch. when granola is cool return to empty mixing bowl and add in crushed banana chips (or you favorite dried fruit, i use sissors to cut into small pieces. apricots, pineapple, raisins and cranberries have all been a hit at my house!) use an empty oatmeal contairer to store it in.
