Chamomile is a daisy. It is a wonderful remedy for sleep disorders such as insomnia. Simply make a cup of tea 30 to 45 minutes before going to bed to treat sleeplessness.

Ingredients

    1 c boiled water
    1 tsp Loose Tea or 1 tea bag of ChamomileTea


Directions

Bring water to boil. Place tea bag in cup, pour in boiling water, cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag.

Serving Size: Makes 1 1-cup serving
