Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Taco Filling

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 frozen chicken breasts
    1.5 c salsa
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    2.5 T taco seasoning
    1 t lime juice
    1 T butter
    1/2 c light sour cream

Directions

Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray and place frozen chicken breasts inside. In a small bowl, stir together all other ingredients except butter and sour cream.

Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

Take chicken out of pot and shred. Put back in pot with butter and sour cream. Mix well.

Cook for 1 more hour.

Serve with tortilla chips or tortillas with usual taco fixings.
