Best of the Smoothies

Introduction

I make this for breakfast most mornings. I also change the frozen fruit each time. There are so many mixtures to choose from. Enjoy! I do. I make this for breakfast most mornings. I also change the frozen fruit each time. There are so many mixtures to choose from. Enjoy! I do.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain yogurt (lowfat)
    1/2 cup plain soy milk (no sugar added)
    1 small banana
    1 serving whey protein
    1/2 cup frozen fruit (blueberries are great)
    1/2 cup frozen fruit (mango goes good)
    You can pick and choose any frozen fruit for either
    of these 1/2 cups.

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and grind it up. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes one serving
