Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, 1c. chopped
    Onions, 3/4c, chopped
    Rotel tomatoes,1 can
    Black Beans, 1 can, drained and rinsed
    Peppers, red and green 1/2c, chopped
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1/2c

Directions

In medium hot pan with lid, cook down until most of juice is gone and chicken is done. Serve with tortilla chips or wrap up in flour tortilla. Enjoy!
