Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 clove garlic
    16 oz tomato sauce
    16 oz egg noodles
    3 oz low fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
    2 tbsp margarine
    1 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion minced
    1 cup light sour cream

Directions

Melt margarine in skillet add ground turkey cook until it has lost its red color. add garlic,salt, pepper and tomato sauce cover and simmer 20 minutes.
cook noodles and drain
in a separate bowl combine sour cream,cream cheese and onions.

Put 1/2 of noodles in a casserole dish, add 1/2 sour cream mixture then 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat- sprinkle top with cheddar cheese. bake at 350 for 20 minutes
