Ingredients

    1/2 cup berries of choice
    1/2 cup rolled oats, plain
    2 Tbsp flax seed
    3 Tbsp toasted wheat bran
    2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions

Prepare oatmeal as instructed, add berries while cooking. Add all other ingredients once cooked. Serve.
