2 1/2 pound boneless beef chuck roast, fat trimmed
1/3 cup A-1 Steak Sauce
1 packet dry Onion Soup Mix
1/3 cup Water
3 large onions, quartered
3 cups carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
Place roast in slow cooker. Surround roast with carrots and onions. Pour steak sauce/water/soup mixture over roast.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
