Introduction

Ingredients

    Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in nuggets or tenders
    Heartsmart Bisquik
    grated Parmesan cheese
    Pampered Chef Italian seasoning
    a little galic salt (or a smidge of garlic powder)

    a little butter melted with a little olive oil stirred in it.

Directions

put dry ingredients in a shallow pan (I use glass pie pan) and mix thoroughly. Coat chicken pieces well and put them on a foil lined shallow pan. Melt butter with olive oil in microwave and drizzle over chicken pieces. cook about 20-30 minutes til done the way you like it.
tip: I mix the used dry ingredients with a little milk and make a drop biscuit with it--Jon loves it. Brown it good!
