Low fat choco pb hay bales

Introduction

Low fat, crunchy, nutritious and delicious! Low fat, crunchy, nutritious and delicious!
Number of Servings: 17

Ingredients

    1.25c Kashi Autumn Wheat shredded wheat
    2 T PB2 regular
    2T PB2 chocolate
    2T water
    1T organic half & half
    5T semi sweet chocolate chips
    3/4c whole raw almonds

Directions

Place both PB2 in microwaveable bowl. Add water, chocolate chips, and half & half. Microwave at 50% power for 2 1/2 mins, stirring 3 times. Stir well, making sure everything is melted and blended together. Add shredded wheat and almonds, and stir well. Place little mounds onto wax paper. Let cool and/or refrigerate. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 16 to 18 hay bales
