  • The recipe as written was rather tasteless. I sauted some peppers and onions. I used pumpkin pie spice spice, cumin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Instead of sage and popcorn I used bay leaves while it was cooking and whole wheat crackers. I'd make it again I'm sure. - 2/15/12

  • Love how healthy this recipe is! It was a bit bland, so I added 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder and garlic salt and 1 tsp of rooosemhary. Yum! Oh yeah, I also used skim milk instead of 1%. - 12/8/11

  • I actually didn't like the first few spoonfuls. I added a bit of onion salt so by the third spoonful, it was growing on me. I'm going to try it cold, I think to see if the flavors meld a bit more. It is very nutritious and calories can't be beat!! Thanks for submitting it. - 1/26/08
