    1 C. Whole Wheat flour
    2 T. butter (can skimp 1.5 T okay)
    2 T. Unsweet Applesauce (or a bit more)
    1 T. Agave Nectar (subt for: 3 T. sugar)
    3 t. Baking powder
    1 C. Milk

Directions

cook at 425F for 20 mins
