I love these because they're *so* filling. You can switch the banana for any other mashable or diced fruit, I just happen to always have banana ready. I love these because they're *so* filling. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * *Betty Crocker Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix, 2 cup
    * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving
    * *Sunflower Seed, Raw, Unsalted-11g=1 T., 2T= 22 gram
    * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Plain water, 1 3/4 cup

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together, then fruit. Add water while stirring, but be careful not to over stir. You want them light and fluffy.
Spoon by 1/4 cup onto hot, oiled griddle or pan. Make sure the pan is hot enough using the water drop test: flick a few drops of water onto surface of pan, they should sizzle and dance. Cook approximately 2 minutes to a side. Serve with butter or margarine. I never need to add syrup but some people like to.

Serving Size: This makes 6 slightly bigger than 4" pancakes. Stack 'em up!
