Ingredients

    Spinach, frozen, 800 grams
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Roquefort Cheese, 300 grams

Directions

heat oil in pan / add garlic and onions - both finely chopped / add spinach / cook until done / add blue cheese / cook until cheese has melted

delicious with pasta, e.g. fusilli
