    1 or 2 scoops Body Fortress Super Advanced Cookies & Cream Whey Mix
    2 tbsp natural peanut butter (i like it with flax oil and seeds)
    6 ozs cold water or your choice of whole, skim, or almond
    milk
    1 small banana
    1/4 cup old-fashioned oats (dry) (optional)
    crushed ice (optional)
