Ingredients

    1/4 C egg substitute
    1/2 C sugar, splenda
    1/3 Cmargarine
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 C Bob's Red Mill 10 grain hot cereal
    1 1/4 C milk
    1 C raisins

Directions

Combine cereal and milk and let sit for 10 minutes. Cream margarine, sugar and egg. Then add dry ingredients til mixed. Add raisins.Spoon in mixture into greased muffin pan or paper liners. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
