Introduction

Got this out of the Happy Girl 300 recipes under 300 calories cookbook, modified one of the egg cup recipes. Got this out of the Happy Girl 300 recipes under 300 calories cookbook, modified one of the egg cup recipes.

Ingredients

    1 English Muffin
    1 large egg white or egg subsitute
    1 serving of turkey sausage (or bacon crumbles) patties or links
    1 slice of low fat cheese

Directions

Toast the English Muffin.

In a microwave safe cup or small silcone baking dish spray with cooking spray. Place turkey sausage or bacon in cup, if frozen use package cooking directions and thaw. Put egg and cheese in cup/dish, return to microwave for about a minute. Let stand for about a minute to firm up the egg.

Turn the cooked egg/sausage onto the english muffin. Enjoy your ready to go breakfast.
