Introduction

This is a drink I have because I workout early and I have my breakfast to kickstart my morning.......you can use just about any fresh fruit... This is a drink I have because I workout early and I have my breakfast to kickstart my morning.......you can use just about any fresh fruit...
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 to 8 ozs of Coconut water (any brand) you can also use
    coconut water from a fresh coconut
    1.5 to 2 ozs fresh small blueberries
    1 small banana
    dark sweet cherries (pitted) I normally use 5 to 8 cherries
    2.7 oz fresh strawberry halves
    1 medium peach (peeled & sliced)
    1/4 cup dry old fashioned oats
    1 to 1 1/2 scoops of Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein (any flavor)

Directions

Throw all in blender and mix well.

*NOTE * - You can add cubed or crushed ice

Serving Size: makes one 35 oz serving size
