Introduction

Clafoutis, a traditional French pudding, a light batter over usually cherries, or any fruit. This recipe is batter only, be sure to track the fruit/spices your variation includes. Ingredients

    Butter 1/2 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Semi Skimmed Milk 225mls
    Silver spoon low calorie sweetner 5 tsp
    White flour 1 tbsp
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 180'C

Grease shallow baking dish with butter.

Layer a thin layer of chose fruits in bottom of dish (thin sliced apple/pear/plum/peach, cherries/strawberry/raspberry... any! Even dried works!)

Whisk batter ingredients until smooth. Pout over fruit.

Bake until set and golden.
