Slow cooker Potatoes & Cheese

Introduction

I had a quart of potatoes left from last year, a small amount of cheddar cheese and some garlic flavored olive oil and this is what I did with them. I had a quart of potatoes left from last year, a small amount of cheddar cheese and some garlic flavored olive oil and this is what I did with them.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups boiled potatoes
    2 tbs olive oil, I used homemade garlic flavored.
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    dash paprika & chili powder

    optional dried onion

Directions

Combine the already boiled or canned potatoes with the olive oil. Put half into a small slow cooker. Sprinkle some of the cheddar cheese over top. Put rest of the potatoes and olive oil in the small cooker and cover with the rest of the cheese. Sprinkle with dried onions if desired. On top of all sprinkle some paprika and chili powder to taste. I used just a little bit.
Cook until warmed through about 4 hours in small slow cooker.
No reason you couldn't do this in a regular oven or microwave.
