    8oz Silk soy lite original milk
    238gms Stoneyfield French Vanilla yogurt
    236gms Dole Wildly Nutritious Signature Blend Mixed Berries with Pomegranate
    231gms Great Value No sugar added Mix fruit (pineapple, mango, peach, stawberry)
    2tbps Peanut Butter & Co - The Bee's Knees
    2tbsp Cal-C-Tose
