Lowfat Buttermilk, 2 cup
Flour, white, 1.5 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 medium
Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp. semi-packed
Nopalina Flax Seed Plus, 1 tbsp.
Use 1/4 c. of batter per pancake.
Spray cooking spray on hot griddle.
Pour batter, flip when bubbles begin to pop.
Cook until golden brown on each side.
Serving Size: Makes 14 pancakes
