How could you even consider this to be a "guilt free" dessert? Who would spend 409 calories on a desert? That;s just crazy!! - 1/30/13

This sounds like it might be good. But who would spend 409 calories on one desert while trying to loose weight? The sugar alone is 28.9 grams. Not for me! - 1/5/13

  • Tried 1/2 banana, 1/3 cup of Friendship 1% whipped cottage cheese (which I LOVE) chocolate dust and cherry garnish w/drizzle. YUMMO - 8/19/13

  • So okay: let's salvage this recipe.
Use half a banana, sliced. This recipe calls for an entire CUP of ff ricotta, which is simply too much. Shave that down to 1/3 C. Then ditch the cherry jam and use canned black cherries OR fresh cherries which are pitted and macerated in stevia. Viola.
