Ingredients

    3 ozs coconut water
    3 ozs coconut milk, unsweetened
    Natural peanut butter, preferably with flax seeds/oil
    1/4 cup dry old fashioned oats
    1 1/2 scoop of Body Fortress Super Advanced "Cookies &
    Creme Protein Whey Mix
    4 oz cup Greek Oikos Vanilla yogurt
    crushed ice (optional)

Directions

Throw all in blender and mix until smooth

Serving Size: makes one 35 oz cup
