Simple Pancakes

Introduction

Easy to Make Pancakes for 3 or 4 Easy to Make Pancakes for 3 or 4
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup Skim Milk with added tsp of lemon juice
    1 cup Self Rising Flour
    1 egg

Directions

In a bowl add flour, soured milk, and egg in that order. Blend with a whisk. Preheat griddle to 375.
Do not use any non stick spray or oil (this is the key to perfectly browned pancakes). Let the pancakes get holes in them and the outer edge gets a dull appearance, then flip them and let them cook another minute. Serving Size is 2 pancakes.

This makes 10 normal sized pancakes (4 inch?)
