Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Spaghetti, 12 oz (or other pasta shapes are fine too)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped, 1 medium
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium, diced
    Garlic, 3 cloves chopped
    *Cannelli Beans (1 can) drained & rinsed
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Kirkland Albacore Solid White Tuna, water, 12 oz
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Boil large pot of water for pasta, cook pasta per package directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over moderately low heat, add onion and saute 'til soft. Add bell peper, celery and garlic, saute for 3 minutes.
Stir in white beans and broth, bring to a simmer and smash up on the beans a bit - cook for 5 minutes. Add the hot pepper flakes, tuna and salt & pepper to taste.
Drain pasta and mix with sauce and serve - optional toppings include parsley, parmesan cheese or celery leaves.

Serving Size: Makes 4 really big servings
