1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided into 3/4 of a cup and 1/4 cup)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cans of water packed tuna
6 oz whole wheat egg noodles
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen peas
Mix soup, 3/4 of a cup of cheese, drained tuna, mushrooms,milk, peas and noodles together and place in a baking dish that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
bake at 350 for 25 mins
