Thai fish cakes (tode mun plah) 50 g

Introduction

Based on Nancie McDermott's Quick & Easy Thai, for my family's logging purposes. Based on Nancie McDermott's Quick & Easy Thai, for my family's logging purposes.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb whitefish
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp red curry paste
    1 Tbsp fish sauce
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/4 c green beans, finely chopped
    4 lime leaves, minced
    3 Tbsp vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

Blend fish in food processor to a coarse paste. Put in bowl, add egg, curry, fish sauce, sugar, beans & lime leaves. Form into 12 cakes.
Fry in oil for 5-6 min, turning to evenly brown.
Serve with rice & cucumber pickles.

Serving Size: Makes 12 2" cakes
