    1 C Chicken Broth
    4 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread,
    20 Baby Carrots
    1 Turnip cubed
    1 Leek
    3 stalks Celery, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    1 C Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices
    1 tsp Salt,
