Ida's Low Fat Blueberry Muffins

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1/2 cup Splenda Blend
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
    1 egg
    2/3 cup water
    1 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

mix together all dry ingredients; then gently stir in "wet" ingredients until just mixed well; add blueberries, i like to thaw my blueberries in microwave set on high for 2 minutes; pour mixture into muffin pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray; bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 min.
