1 lb Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1 inch slices
1 medium summer squash, cut into 1 inch slices
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
2. In a small bowl, combine oil, and seasonings. Pour over sausage mixture; toss to coat well. Divide between four pieces of heavy duty foil (about 14 x 12 inches). Fold foil around sausage mixture and seal tightly.
3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
NOTE; Or Bank in 375 degree oven 45-50 minutes.
