Simple Fish Tacos

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Sour Cream
    1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Mayonise
    1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
    1/2 Package Low-sodium Taco Seasoning divided
    1 lb.Cod or White fish fillets cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 tbsp Olive oil
    2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
    2 cups Red Cabbage
    2 cups diced tomatoes
    12 6 inch warmed tortillas

Directions

In small bowl combine sour cream, mayonise, cilantro, and 2 tbsp seasoning mix. In medium bowl, combine fish, oil, lemon juice and remaining seasoning mix;pour into large skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat for four to five minutes or until fish flakes easily. Fill toco shells with fish mixture and taco sauce. Top with cabbage, tomatoe and sour cream mixture and taco sauce, serve with lime wedges.
