Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

    Chicken breast (no skin)
    Lemon Juice (fresh or bottled)
    Mrs Dash No Salt Seasoning Blend

Directions

Tenderize chicken breast, poke holes with fork in chicken. In a quart size bag add lemon juice and chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat Grill, add chicken and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning and you can add more lemon juice at this time if you wish. Flip chicken, add seasoning to other side. Cook until no longer pink in the middle.
