Tex Mex Hamburger Soup

Introduction

Quick soup, using leftover pantry ingredients. Quick soup, using leftover pantry ingredients.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup
    Salsa, 1.5 cup
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp
    *Vegetable boullion - 1 cube, 1 serving
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup

Directions

In soup pot fry ground beef, onions, garlic and green peppers until beef is cooked through.

Add remining ingredients (I used canned black beans, undrained) and bring to a boil.

Simmer 10-20 min.

Serving Size: 6 bowls
