Introduction

This is a juice drink I make every morning. It's supposed to help with blood pressure and so much more. The ginger makes it extra spicy, so if you don't like *spice heat* leave it out. Ingredients

    1 large cucumber, peeled and cubed (for easy juicing)
    1 apple (I use red delicious) washed, quartered and cored.
    30 medium sized baby carrots
    1 - 2" fresh ginger root, peeled

Directions

Juice the ingredients, filter through a fine sieve or kitchen cloth into a glass, drink and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes approx 1 pint glass
