Ingredients

2 white potatoes, scrubbed, unpeeled and diced
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
½ teaspoon Zatarain's® Creole Seasoning
2 large egg whites
¼-cup Braum's skim milk
1½ cups green beans, drained
6 ounces ham, diced
2 tablespoons shredded cheese of your choice or Kraft® with a touch of Philadelphia Shredded Three Cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place diced potatoes in small baking dish, top with butter and seasoned salt. Bake for twenty minutes; stir potatoes after 10 minutes.
3. While potatoes are baking, combine the egg whites and milk.
4. After potatoes have baked, top with green beans, diced ham, the egg/milk mixture and sprinkle the shredded cheese mixture over the top.
5. Bake for 25-30 more minutes, then let cool for 5 before serving.
Serving Size: Makes two servings
