Roasted Peaches

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 peaches
    1/2 tsp rum extract
    3 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Cut peaches in half and arrange cut side up. Put butter, water, and sugar into small saucepan and cook until a syrup forms. Add rum extract; add cinnamon if desired (to taste). Pour over peaches and roast for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
