Ingredients

    Quorn, Grounds, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, .25 cup kernels
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Canned Tomatoes, 450 grams
    Tomato Sauce, 5 cup
    Vegemite, 3 grams

Directions

place the incgredients into a pot and cook until tender, serve over pasta or spaghetti.

For an extra ooh add a little grated cheese to the top!!!
