12 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 3 four oz pieces, butterflied open so they can be folded shut again.
2 oz thinly sliced Hillshire Farms Brown Sugar baked ham
3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, sliced into 3 one oz pieces
2 Tbsp Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing
Butterfly open the chicken breasts - this will allow you to put the "stuffing in" after cooking, and then be folded shut.
Pour dressing in pan and cook chicken until done, flipping once (about 5 minutes each side). When chicken is almost done, put ham and mozzarella on one side of each breast and fold breast shut over filling. Cover pan and allow the cheese to melt (approximately 2-3 minutes).
I serve these on a bun, as a "burger" - not included in nutritional information.
