Ingredients

    1 cup onions, chopped
    2 cups sweet red peppers, chopped
    2 cans - 16 oz canned kidney beans
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 pound ground venison
    3 tsp olive oil
    28 oz canned crushed tomatoes (Red Pack...with basil, garlic + oregano)
    TBSP Low Cal Pesto
    TBSP chopped jalapeno peppers, canned

Directions

Fry onions and peppers in oil. Add the rest and simmer 3 hours. Makes 10, 1 cup servings.
