Ingredients

    One (drained) can of tuna with
    1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese.
    Spice as desired (I'm a big fan of Chunky Chat Masala)

Directions

Mix ingredients. Microwave on high until warm and melty (or at least as melty as fat-free cheese gets) or bake in 1/2 green pepper. be creative! spread on toast, or eat with fresh veggies
