* Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 2 cup (not packed)
* Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
* Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz
* Garlic, 2 cloves
* Parsley, 1 tbsp
* Rosemary, 2 tsp
* Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
* Basil, 2 tbsp
* Salt, 1 tsp
* Pepper, black, .5 tsp
You can substitute your favorite herbs. If using dry herbs use half the amount called for.
You can thin with milk for a creamy herb salad dressing.
Serving Size: 20- 2 tablespoon servings = 2.5 cups total
