Chicken Broccoli Rice DivanSubmitted by: BABZYBC
4 cups chopped, steamed broccoli
1 can Campbell’s Low Fat cream of broccoli soup
.5 cup fat free milk
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
4 TBS grated parmesan cheese (Kraft)
1 cup cooked brown rice (cook in broth for more flavor)
seasoning to taste (I use a squirt of mustard, and a pinch of garlic powder and onion powder)
Combine soup, milk and seasonings together and then pour over broccoli, chicken, rice and cheese.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over top and bake at 425F for 25 minutes or until heated through.
