Pork Chops in Onion-Mushroom-Mustard Sauce

Introduction

Easy and delicious. Serve with egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Easy and delicious. Serve with egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

    8 lean boneless center cut pork chops
    1/4 c flour, divided
    1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Progresso french onion soup
    1 TBS spicy brown mustard



Directions

Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Set aside 1 TBS flour and coat pork chops lightly with remaining flour. Fry a few at a time in oil over med heat approx 5 min per side. Put in casserole dish and set aside. Whisk together cream of mushroom soup,french onion soup and mustard. Mix remaining 1 TBS flour with a bit of cold water and mix together till smooth; add to soup mixture. Pour all over the pork chops in the casserole. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
