6 cups shred headded cabbage (about 1/2 a head)
1 1/2 C. peeled and shredded carrots (about 2-3)
1/3 C cilantro, chopped
1/4 C. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
2. Whisk other ingredients together, Add cabbage and carrots, toss to coat.
