Slurp for Sore Eyes Smoothie

Introduction

This is a variation of A Slurp for Sore Eyes by Stacey Terry. The original recipe calls for fennel which I did not have in the house, so I just increased the amounts of some of the ingredients.

This sweet and fruity green smoothie is pure eye candy!!

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 banana
    1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 cup green grapes
    2 cups spinach
    water (or ice) as needed for blending



    Original recipe calls for 1 small fennel (greens and bulb). If you add this in please add in the fennel calories into your tracker as my recipe has deleted the fennel.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender blend until smooth.

This sweet and fruity green smoothie is puuuuuure eye candy!!
