My First Meatloaf

Introduction

I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but I thought I'd try it again as an adult. Here is my first go at it... I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but I thought I'd try it again as an adult. Here is my first go at it...
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    32oz 80% lean Ground beef
    1 medium Onion chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    1 sleeve fat-free Saltine Crackers crushed
    2 eggs
    .25 cup Ketchup, Hunts
    .25 cup Cattlemen's BBQ Sauce

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the beef, onion, garlic, crackers, and eggs. Put into 8x11 baking pan and shape into loaf. Cover with BBQ sauce and then cover with ketchup. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until desired done-ness. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
