Crock Pot Chicken & Rice

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts no skin cut in half
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup Fat Free
    1C un cooked rice
    1C sliced mushrooms
    1/2C chopped onion
    1 stalk chopped celery
    2C water
    1t Garlic Powder
    1t Onion Powder
    1/4t salt

Directions

Place all ingredients except rice in crock pot. Cook 6 hrs on low heat. Add rice and cook 45 min more. Serve warm.
