Introduction

This is one of my favorites. You either love it or hate.
Serve with fresh celery sticks or crackers.

My faovrite way WAS on a bologna sandwich.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 oz Light Cream Cheese, softened
    4 cups of 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 to 1 cup of Best Foods olive Oil Mayo
    4 oz jar of diced Pimentos
    1/2 tsp. Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt
    1/2 - 1 tsp Low Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper


Directions

Mix all ingredients together well and place in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour. Better if it sits overnight. Helps the flavors blend together.

Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumber or crackers.

Makes the best grilled cheese or bologna sandwich
